- Greenblock Insulated Concrete Form Walls: These forms use polystyrene (EPS) foam with reinforced concrete. - Insulated Glazed Windows: Next to the walls, a premium window and door packaged is used to ensure the living space is tight and protected. An insulated and tinted glass package is proven far superior to that of single pane windows.
- Spray Foam Under The Roof Deck: This is a relatively new way to insulate the roof, encapsulating the entire under-side of the roof deck with foam produces a tight, sound insulating - high performance building. Foam performs much better as an insulator than conventional methods. Also, this process allows for the attic to become a conditioned space keeping the temperature swings from living space to the attic minimal.
